LifeLink Day 2017

17 March 2017

Established by the Archdiocese of Perth in 1994, LifeLink works to provide ongoing financial and promotional support of agencies established or assisted by the Church.

LifeLink’s agencies deliver professional services and caring support to thousands of people in need throughout Western Australia each year.

Following the success of the Archbishop’s Forum for LifeLink Day last year, where an incredible $109,770.08 was raised in support of our Archdiocesan welfare agencies, LifeLink Day will again take place in 2017 for both primary and secondary schools.

Secondary schools within the Archdiocese of Perth have been invited to send representatives to join the Bishops for  the 2017 Archbishop’s Forum, which will also serve as the launch platform for LifeLink Day 2017.

Date: Tuesday, 2 May 2017
Time: 9.30am
Location: Aranmore Catholic College – College Gymnasium
41 Franklin Street
Leederville WA 6007

The  Launch  of Lifelink  Day 2017  for primary schools within the Archdiocese of Perth will take place in June, see details below.

Date: Wednesday, 7 June 2017
Time: 10.00am
Venue: Newman College Auditorium Empire Avenue
Churchlands

The event will be live streamed via the Lifelink website at www.lifelink.com.au, so even those who aren’t able to attend can participate and share in this special event.

Lifelink Day is both an educational and fundraising initiative. Through Lifelink Day, our young people are encouraged to learn more about the very real ‘need’ which exists in the community, and how our Church agencies, through Lifelink, respond to this need.
